I am so impressed by how kind everyone is when I show up with my car. The work was done very quickly, and the price is very fair and commensurate with local shops. I go to the dealership for things like oil changes and maintenance because I know they are using GM-approved parts and oil on my car. It makes me feel confident that I'm taking the best care of it.

We first went to another dealership to see this specific vehicle that was closer to our home. The experience was not good (terrible salesperson) and we decided to try and find the specific vehicle at another location, which brought us to your dealership. The seat repair that was done was lame. the tech should have added foam to the seat. But, apparently the dealers no longer do this. the dealership prefers to sell a new 600 dollar seat cushion instead. Not the expected outcome.

I had called the day before my appointment to tell them that I would like them to look at something loose under my driver seat and when I picked up my car, they had not done anything to my loose piece on my driver seat so I had to go back in the dealership and ask them about it, and they said that they did not have anything on the work order to do it, and I had actually said something to the receptionist when I dropped my keys off and she said that they would look at it so two people knew about this and it wasn’t done. So now I have to take it back again. Because oil changes and tire rotations are only getting more expensive all the time getting a $5 or even better a $10 coupon to use towards the payment would be something that would be happily received by me and all of the other people that have to get their car serviced at Neuville motors.

Work was done in a timely fashion, although it would have been a nice touch to have received an email or text to let us know the work had begun. (The vehicle was there for 2 weeks) I was most appreciative that I was able to get a loaner vehicle to use while I was waiting for the service to be performed. When the work was done the service manager answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.

My truck keeps changing settings by itself. They told me to talk to my salesman to reprogram on my screen. That's not the point. If my home thermostat would change temperatures by itself, I could reprogram it, but I would get a new thermostat. If it does it again ( would be the 4th time) I would like the problem fixed not be told to talk to the salesman about doing myself on the screen.

We scheduled our Yukon for routine service and it was completed within about an hour. This work included fixing a stripped bolt that attached the battery cable to the battery post. The service advisor explained all work that was done. Everyone we talked with at the dealership was friendly and helpful.

Tire sensor replaced. However, told attendant that receipt from oil change and tire sensor said the last one was done right front tire . This one said left front and left rear now down so only right side left. They thought it would be less confusing. I asked if he rotated tire back to left front then? And he didn't know.

Checked the truck over for possible trouble down the line, which is good. I brought it in for oil and filter and was reminded I get tire rotation also. They also found dirty air filter which needed to be replaced. All. Points to keep the truck on the road running good.

The other day a vehicle in front of me lost a large object off the back of their truck onto the highway which I couldn't avoid hitting. It destroyed my right front tire. After staff from 76 Truckstop came and changed my tire ( thank you 76!) I limped to Neuvilles on that ridiculous spare. Thankfully they had tires and were able to work me in their schedule to get back on the road - all within an hour:). I was so grateful!

My check engine light was not on when I arrived for my oil change but it WAS on when I left. The fixed it, but was quite inconvenient

The salesman did good, but apparently we are still waiting on GM to give the dealership a code to program my 20 inch wheels.(changed out from 18s). It seems ridiculous to me that it takes over a week and counting to get a code. In the mean time the tire sensors have gone out and now today the truck gives me an alert saying it can no longer call for emergency services. Over all I like the truck, but 13.1 miles per gallon is rather atrocious and not as advertised.

When I arrived, my online appointment did not show up on the service desk computer. But the great lady at the desk saw an opportunity to get my car in, and did. I liked getting the computer readout letting me know that my car was in good shape. I did choke on the cost of replacing cabin and engine filters. It seems unreasonably high at $155. But I paid it. Neuville is a great dealership and I feel confident that I'm getting great service.

I have been purchasing vehicles for some where around 45 years now and found Dan Tischendorf to be one of the most pleasant sales professionals that I have done business with. He is not high pressured, he leaves it up to you to contact him if you want additional information on a vehicle (in our case a Chevy Equinox). We went back because we were interested in buying the Equinox and again there was no pressure. He was very helpful and we came to terms that we were comfortable with. It made the purchase process pretty simple. When we came to pick up the Equinox, Dan did the best job of explaining how to use all of the controls and features on the vehicle that I have ever experienced. My wife and I could not believe how much he knew about the Equinox, it was incredible. We could actually take advantage of the all of the technology. Dan also told us that we should call or stop back if we had any additional questions or needed help. We did stop back because we couldn’t get a function to work and Dan was great at showing us which step we missed! I even ask Dan for a few extra of his business cards because I would certainly be comfortable enough to recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Now for what I hated: If the finance person Jeremy had been my first experience with Neuville Motors it would have been our last. My wife and I would have gone some where else to purchase a vehicle. If I suggest to a friend that they go to Neuville, I would suggest that they ask which finance person they would be working with before they agree to buy. As I mentioned earlier; I have purchased a lot of vehicles and I don’t know if I have met a less pleasant finance person than Jeremy. Usually the finance person gets up and introduces his or herself, shakes your hand and thanks you for coming to purchase a vehicle at their dealership (not Jeremy). Ask if we wanted a warranty, I replied no. After that, he was sign here, here, here and here. Dan is out there -The End! No Thank you for choosing Neuville, thank you for your business, have a nice day, nothing! My wife and I left not knowing if our O % financing had gone through or not ( we assumed it had because we signed our old tittle. We even thought about telling Dan to roll the sale back! Enough Said!
